founder’s message

As a chairman of Palco Pharma I am delighted to give you a clear and compact overview of our organization.

Our journey began in 1981 with a single retail pharmacy to make quality healthcare accessible to our community through a dedicated retail pharmacy. As time elapses, we recognize the evolving need of healthcare sector and our ability to serve it better we made significant strategic expansion to more than 10 retail pharmacies in Kuwait territory. In 1999 we transitioned from a successful retail chain of pharmacies into the pharmaceutical distributor channel. This shift allows us to leverage our industry experience and extended our reach, ensuring that our high standards of quality and services could benefit a broader network of healthcare providers and consumers.

Our entry into the distribution channel was not only an expansion of our business model but an evolution of our mission to enhance accessibility to healthcare systems.

Our dual role as both a retail pharmacy and a distributor has been crucial to our growth, driven by a dedicated team and valued partners who led us to this success, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to each of you.
